This high intensity interval training workout is designed for: weight loss, strength and muscle tone, cardiovascular endurance, core strength and flexibility. Using effective drills, whole body movement and focused core movements to develop core strength, it can be tailored to suit any level and empower clients with confidence and self-esteem. Packages are valid for a specified number of weeks. All sessions are to be completed within the timeframe. Packages may be placed on hold subject to agreement.
