  3. The human soul

  4. The five agents of shang ling

  5. Daoist Meditation and posture (the guided breath work and visualisation practices that serve to open the 3 dantian (bodies - physical, astral and mental) towards accessing the Dao (aether) and light.

  6. 18 loosening and energising exercises 

  7. The complete Ba Daun Jin Qi gong set

Ba Daun Jin Qi gong

Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory, the eight movements were created to focus on strengthening the bones and muscles, regulating respiration and qi circulation. Each of the 8 movements is related to different internal organs such as the liver, stomach, spleen and heart, and may be practiced in whole or in parts to focus on the prevention and treatment of medical problems.

Yijin Jing Qi Gong

Yijin Jing is known to be practiced by monks in the Shaolin Temple and is recognized by the Chinese Health Qi Gong Association.The word “Yi” means change or transform. The word “Jin” means muscle/sinew/tendons. And, the word “Jing” means sutra .The exercises have been shown to be very effective in boosting the recovery of injured muscles and tendons, especially in the areas of the neck, back and shoulders. The movements will stretch and strengthen muscles and sinews, improve posture and increase flexibility of the core body.

11am Daoist Taiji

Includes Taiji foundation skills and forms, including standing post practice, building the tai chi ball, cloud hands, walking practices and form training.

12pm Structural Integration 

The philosophy and practice of Daoist principles of energy, Wuji, Laing ye, Taiji in movement, and its connection to the latest understanding of myofascial meridians, slings, force vectors, yoga and modern sports strength and conditioning.

Wudang Daoist Tai Chi

The philosophy and practice of tai chi foundation skills and forms, including standing post practice, building the tai chi ball, cloud hands, walking practices and form training developing the connection between the emotional body and Myofascial system, building stability and balance.

Kids Kung Fu (6-12yrs)

Level 1: Building flexibility, stability and strength through non-contact martial arts movement and spiritual philosophy. This class serves as a base to functional co-ordination and understanding of the body slings and teaches softness over hardness and technique over brute force or effort.

Level 2: Applied martial arts, kids muay thai classes for advanced students.

Muay Thai & Sanda Kickboxing

Muay Thai and Kung Fu fitness combines circuit and interval training with a unique set of kickboxing skills and Wudang traditional Kung Fu. The physical conditioning program is designed for: weight loss, strength and muscle tone, cardiovascular endurance, core strength and flexibility, as well as developing skill and breath control. The program is tailored to suit any level, empowering clients with confidence and self-esteem while enjoying themselves without overburdening the body. Using effective drills, pad work for both upper and lower body and focusing on core movements to develop core strength.
